Lawall Prosthetics & Orthotics in Lancaster, PA

I have only recognized a few medical practices and businesses on Google. For me to do a Google review, the practice or business must meet the highest standards. I would not do justice to the community if I did not recognize Lawall Prosthetics & Orthotics at 314 Good Drive, Lancaster, PA.
There are two individuals I interact with at Lawall who deserve to be recognized: my prosthetist, Luke Redcay, and Nicole at the front desk. In my professional opinion as a retired police officer and recent amputee, I have had the opportunity to watch Luke do his magic with my prosthetic. He definitely has a true commitment to excellence and upholds the highest standards of customer satisfaction. He always goes above and beyond, truly standing out above others not only in the O&P field, but across the medical field itself. I've also observed that he always treats every team member at Lawall with respect, kindness, and is always willing to help.
There are not many people with the amazing qualities that Luke possesses to do his job with such outstanding results. He is truly a caring, compassionate, dedicated, knowledgeable, and professional individual who treats you like family. Luke always welcomes you with a smile and catching enthusiasm. I never thought I would be able to walk again after my amputation, much less with a prosthetic leg, but with his expertise and the confidence he gave me, I am able to walk again.
Nicole at the front desk is always welcoming and greets you with her angelic smile. She treats every patient she interacts with with the utmost respect, as if they were a family member. She is an amazing individual who is extremely knowledgeable about her position. Lawall Prosthetics and Orthotics should be honored to have Luke and Nicole representing them. They are both an asset to every patient and to the company as a whole.

I do not know Luke and Nicole outside of Lawall; this is my true, unbiased professional opinion.
