My experience at Lawall Prosthetics Lancaster PA. I am very pleased with my experience with Lawall Prosthetics and staff over the past several months. The receptionist was always friendly and welcoming. The usual hassle with insurance companies was handled by the professionals working there. No hassle for the patient. My prosthetics professional was Luke, who works at Hershey and the Lancaster office. He always caring and concerned that my prosthesis was fine-tuned and a perfect fit for my body. He went above and beyond in cutting down the time from initial measurement to final fitting. While I was an inpatient at Hershey Rehabilitation Hospital, Luke came to my room for the measurement and casting that my prosthesis required. It was apparent that he cared very much for his patients and worked toward their successful outcome. He even suggested improvements to the prosthesis that could make me more independent in self care and ambulation. Luke made certain that all pressure points were well padded. His caring and professionalism were unmatched in my many experiences with health care over 30 years. His supervisor was also generous in expediting delivery and final fitting of my prosthesis, which was much appreciated by me and family. I cannot fully express our gratitude for the professionals at Lawall Prosthetics, Lancaster PA location. A special thank you to Luke for going out of his way to deliver exceptional healthcare. The front desk is very pleasant and efficient, as well as very helpful and knowledgable with getting my insurance to completely cover my needs here. Everyone who worked here that i interacted with was pleasant (if not charismatic) and professional. They were very communicative and the braces i got have improved my daily quality of life and reduced my pain by at least a tenfold. I have been to orthotic services elsewhere in the past, including ones that cater to professional athletes, and did not receive anything close the the quality of care I did here at Harry J Lawall & Son in Philadelphia. You can tell they really take pride in their professional work (and they should!!), listen and consider your specific needs and life circumstances, and want to find the best fit surrounding that. I was given very thoughtful suggestions and my feedback was taken seriously which lead to the best fit and best device for me, while still being very functional and minimally restrictive. I trust these professionals and will be returning should the need arise. They also told me I can come in to get my provided gear refitted free of charge as needed.
