I’ve been a patient at Lawall for the last 20 years and whenever I walk into the office I get a warm, pleasant feeling from the sweet receptionist Heather. The diabetic shoes and inserts are amazing! I’ve truly been blessed by the best!

My experience at Lawall prosthetics & orthotics was an absolute pleasure! The staff at the Willow Grove office were amazingly courteous, accommodating, and the Friendliest group of people to deal with! At each visit with “Heather” at the front desk, phone calls with “Sam”, and also with “Carlo” the Orthotis, I was treated with professionalism and compassion by each one of them. The receptionist offered such great service. My splint came in but I had the flu and couldn't come in to pick it up. She called me and reminded me that I should pick up the splint in 2025 since the copay will go up in 2026. I thought that was very thoughtful.

I'm relatively new to Lawall but my early experiences have been very positive. Heather at the Reception Desk is always cheerful and welcoming and Carlo has been extremely helpful and has just completed crafting a new insert for my shoe. It's only been 2 days but so far it seems to be helping quite nicely.

I recently had a very good experience at Lawall as always, but I want to give a shout out to Heather, who was so kind not only to me, but to anyone who called on the phone. She was extremely compassionate and helpful to those who were calling with different situations regarding their foot health and events in the patient’s life life that may have interfered with an appointment they had. She gave clear advice and follow through with scheduling anyone who called. She goes above and beyond at her job every day. Thank you, Heather!

Best service with perfect guidance on paper work as well as selecting a pair of diabetic shoes. Heather the receptionist is always courteous when answering the phone & her smiley face service will be difficult to forget. I am very happy with Harry J. Lawall & Son.
