On day one I was impressed with Shawn Offenback and how much knowledge he displayed. I felt confident on going forward with a new prosthesis that would enrich my life. It’s been a few weeks now that I I have been walking with a new prosthesis and with a few minor adjustments made it’s been a wonderful experience. You know when I started going to Wayne the wall shop it made me feel a whole lot better they're very tentative to their work the people are very friendly and it's just a great place to go and get your work done I really you know enjoy being there dealing with them.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I was previously seen for foot orthotics and from start to finish the service was immaculate. I’ve been getting foot orthotics for years now and the previous place I went to wasn’t so great. The receptionist Alisha was super kind and even explained the whole process to me. The guy I saw was also super nice (Shawn.) The turn around time was super fast. I will be back when I’m in need of a new set of orthotics. I’ve recommended your company to a few people already.

I have nothing but praise for Mr. Wayne and sons. I had my right leg amputated in 2023. The Lawall family has helped me from the beginning of my rehabilitation. From my initial fitting of my first prosthetic limb to this present day. They my experience easier to deal with. They are kind, reassuring, and encouraging. I need that. I am their number one fan. I have no complaints.

My son wears hard plastic braces at night. Ever few years we get a new set and he get hot spots on his skin where the braces rub. Wayne, Andrew and Alysha are wonderful. They care about my son as an individual, and want the braces to fit without any discomfort or hot spots. The adjustments they have made makes my son want to wear the braces. As a result my son's feet and ankles are in great shape. I am extremely grateful to them. 10 stars if I could do so!
