We were referred to Ruben with Lawell after my son wasn’t able to tolerate his previous back-brace made by another well known prosthetics company in town. Ruben is amazing dealing with kids and making them comfortable. He took the time and used his knowledge and expertise to custom make the right back-brace for my son that he is now wearing with no issues. Front desk staff is also very friendly and attentive.

Ruben is the consummate professional! He has helped my husband find the perfect fit in an orthotic brace on more than one occasion. I am coming up on my third year as an amputee, below knee and Transmetatarsal. I have worked with 2 other companies, but the care and time I have gotten from the people at Lawall has been my best experience yet! Ruben has been taking great care to make sure I don't rush my recovery from a recent surgery and he has kept up with any changes I have needed. All the staff at Lawall does a great job in helping me build my confidence to be a walking person again, and I am grateful for it. Excellent & caring staff. Reuben is the best! Always answers questions and takes time for explanations. The AFO’s made there for our daughter have been perfect- with no adjustments needed and in just a month we have seen a tremendous improvement in her ankles and feet. Our experience with another prosthetics and orthotics company was not favorable, and we actually wasted a year using their product.

I don’t know how to express my gratitude to Jennifer at the Orange Avenue location on this process of my sweet daughter AFOS brace. From making the appointment, to measurements and fitting the brace she made the whole process so easy to understand and navigate. So communicative, very responsible and so good with Emma (who’s autistic and does not like being touched). As always Ruben and his staff are amazing! My daughter grew out of her braces pretty quickly. They were able to get us in, get them approved and fitted within 2 months. Ruben is very knowledgeable and by far the best! He not only does his job but also entertains my toddler while doing it. She also has some trauma and he gets down to her level while speaking to her. When she said no he stopped and spoke with her before proceeding. She is so comfortable with him by the end of her appointments. We’ve been to the office in Melbourne, the office at Nemours hospital, and the downtown Orlando office. The staff at all the offices are amazing! We highly recommend Ruben at Lawall. He’s family now!

Dr. Barraza and his staff are excellent. From the beginning of our treatment to the end, my daughter received the highest quality of care. Dr. Barraza’s staff is always kind and courteous. My favorite part about Lawall P & O of Florida is how individualized my daughter’s care was and how she was treated so professionally. We never felt rushed and all of our questions were answered. From the first contact through the delivery of your product, the patient's needs are always heard and appreciated. I wouldn't choose any other team for my orthotic needs.
